Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
- Provide product and order-related information to customers
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and production teams
- Maintain customer records and follow-up updates
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues
- Prepare reports and maintain MIS data
- Support order processing and documentation
- Ensure timely response to customer requirements
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office
- Email drafting and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
