Job Title: Cafe Staff / Barista
Waadi Cafe is a unique cafe designed for travelers, riders, nature lovers, and people looking to slow down and enjoy good coffee based in the scenic Tamhini ghat. We are building a warm and welcoming space where guests can relax, connect with nature, and enjoy quality food and beverages.
Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Cafe Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing beverages, serving customers, maintaining cleanliness, handling billing, and creating a memorable experience for every guest.
Previous cafe experience is a plus but not mandatory. We are happy to train candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, hot chocolate, and other beverages according to cafe standards
- Take customer orders and provide excellent service
- Handle cash, UPI, and billing transactions
- Serve food and beverages efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, kitchen, equipment, and customer areas
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages
- Help maintain the welcoming and peaceful atmosphere of Wadi Cafe
Requirements
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly personality
- Ability to communicate in Marathi and Hindi (basic English is a plus)
- Honest, punctual, and responsible
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment during weekends and holidays
- Willingness to learn coffee preparation and cafe operations
- Ability to travel to the cafe location reliably

Note
This cafe is based out in a tourist spot of the Tamhini Ghat, however it is in a remote village with the closest city around 30 km and limited mobile network coverage. Willingness to stay in a small village is preferred.
It is small cafe kiosk that will be launched in this month.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
