Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced *Team Leader* to manage, motivate, and guide a team to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive team performance and ensure high productivity.
Responsibilities :
* Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve daily and monthly targets.
* Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
* Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of work.
* Prepare and maintain performance reports.
* Resolve team issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
* Conduct team meetings and training sessions.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
* Collaborate with other departments to improve workflow and productivity.
Requirements :
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* 2 to 3 Years of experience as a Team Leader or in a supervisory role.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
