We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Accounts Executive to manage accounting and reconciliation for our online sales channels including Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, marketplace settlements, and Excel. Similar e-commerce accounting roles commonly include marketplace reconciliation, settlement tracking, GST support, and bookkeeping responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accounts in Tally Prime.
- Record sales, returns, refunds, commissions, and marketplace fees.
- Reconcile Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify settlements with bank statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, and TCS reconciliations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
- Track receivables, payables, and vendor payments.
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams for discrepancy resolution.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
Required Skills
- B.Com / M.Com preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce Accounting.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify settlement reports.
- Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reconciliation).
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and TCS.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling marketplace accounting for Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, etc.
- Experience with inventory and order reconciliation.
- Ability to prepare MIS and profitability reports.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
