We are looking for an E-commerce Accountant who can independently manage day-to-day accounting activities related to our e-commerce business, including Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, online payments, bank transactions, GST, TDS, purchase, sales and reconciliation.
The candidate should have good knowledge of Tally/Accounting software, Excel, GST and e-commerce marketplace settlements.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily sales and purchase entries maintain करना
- Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify और अन्य marketplaces की sales reconciliation करना
- Marketplace settlement reports को bank receipts के साथ reconcile करना
- Receivable & Payable का proper record maintain करना
- Purchase bills, sales invoices और expense bills की accounting
- Bank reconciliation और cash transactions maintain करना
- GST invoices की checking और proper accounting
- GST, TDS और other statutory records के लिए CA/consultant के साथ coordination
- Amazon/Flipkart/Shopify के commission, shipping charges, returns, refunds और other deductions की reconciliation
- Credit Note और Debit Note की accounting
- Vendor ledger और customer ledger maintain करना
- Monthly Profit & Loss, Sales, Purchase और Expense reports तैयार करना
- Outstanding payment और collection follow-up के लिए reports तैयार करना
- Inventory और stock-related accounting में operations team के साथ coordination
- E-commerce business के लिए daily/monthly MIS reports maintain करना
- Management को sales, expenses, receivables और payables की accurate information provide करना
Required Skills
- Tally Prime / accounting software का अच्छा knowledge
- MS Excel / Google Sheets की अच्छी knowledge
- GST और TDS की basic to good understanding
- E-commerce marketplace settlement और reconciliation का knowledge
- Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub / Shopify का basic understanding
- Bank Reconciliation और Ledger Reconciliation में experience
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Accuracy और attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Candidate
- E-commerce company में accounting experience preferred
- Amazon/Flipkart settlement reconciliation का practical experience
- GST-related accounting का knowledge
- Tally Prime और Excel में independently काम करने की क्षमता
- Furniture/e-commerce industry का experience होगा तो preferred
