Senior Interior Designer
We are seeking a highly experienced and charismatic Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of professional experience and a proven track record of successfully managing interior design projects from concept to completion.
This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual who excels in client relations, site problem-solving, and team leadership. You will be responsible for not only delivering exceptional designs but also for nurturing client relationships, guiding a junior team, and ensuring project profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage interior design projects from initial concept through to final installation, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication, understanding their vision, and guiding them through the design and product selection process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing regular updates.
- Successfully convert client inquiries into sales, closing projects effectively, and supporting business growth.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to navigate design challenges, site issues, and unexpected obstacles with practical and innovative solutions.
- Make informed and timely decisions regarding design elements, material selections, and project direction.
- Oversee and mentor junior interior designers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality output.
- Collaborate with contractors and labor teams on-site, ensuring designs are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Lead project meetings, presentations, and client reviews.
- Maintain an expert understanding of design trends, materials, and product sourcing.
- Work effectively under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Demonstrated expertise in all phases of the interior design process.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage client expectations and build lasting relationships.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience mentoring junior staff.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful projects.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
