Shiksharatan India Foundation is on a mission to democratize scholarship access across India. We are looking for a high-octane Partner Manager to spearhead our outreach and build a massive network of partner schools and educational bodies.

The Role: Your Impact
As our Partner Manager, you are the foundation’s primary ambassador. You will own the entire partnership lifecycle—from identifying a potential school to ensuring their students are successfully integrated into our scholarship programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and map out high-potential schools, trust-run institutions, and educational clusters for collaboration.
- The Pitch: Deliver compelling, executive-level presentations to Principals, Directors, and Board Members to secure "buy-in."
- Relationship Management: Negotiate and formalize MoUs, ensuring that our partnership is not just a signature, but an active, value-adding relationship.
- Outreach Excellence: Conduct professional cold-calling and LinkedIn networking to create a consistent pipeline of new institutional leads.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of K-12 education trends to tailor our guidance programs to the evolving needs of modern schools.
- Operational Tracking: Use MS Excel to maintain a "Single Source of Truth" for all outreach activities, ensuring zero-drop-off in follow-ups.
Who You Are
- The Connector: You have 1–4 years of experience in Partnerships, BD, or Educational Sales. You know how to get past the "gatekeeper."
- The Communicator: Your verbal and written English is flawless. You can command a boardroom and inspire an auditorium of educators.
- The Analyst: You are highly proficient in MS Excel and believe that data-driven tracking is the key to scaling.
- The Academic: You hold a Post Graduate degree and have a genuine passion for student welfare and educator empowerment.

Pay: ₹465,307.38 - ₹1,383,732.58 per year
