Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end banquet and ballroom operations, ensuring flawless event execution.
- Coordinate with Sales, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security teams for seamless event delivery.
- Ensure banquet setups are as per event requirements and brand standards.
- Lead, train, and supervise the operations team to maintain high service standards.
- Handle VIP events, weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings with attention to detail.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure an outstanding experience.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational SOPs.
- Manage manpower planning, scheduling, inventory, and operational costs.
- Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in banquet or ballroom operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in luxury hotels, premium banquet venues, or hospitality groups preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
