Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can balance creativity with data and execution. Someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and constantly upgrading their skills with evolving marketing tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute campaigns using Zoho Marketing CRM (emailers, workflows, landing pages)
- Plan and run email marketing campaigns and monthly newsletters delivery end-to-end, including segmentation, execution, and performance tracking
- Create landing pages within the CRM ecosystem
- Work extensively on Excel – manage data, clean datasets, analyze trends, and extract insights
- Drive SEO initiatives – keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking
- Support and manage LinkedIn presence – content coordination, posting, and analytics tracking
- Prepare reports and presentations (MIS, campaign reports, decks) with clear, actionable insights
- Basic knowledge of WordPress
- Collaborate with internal teams to align activities with marketing objectives
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Marketing CRM (must-have)
- Strong working knowledge of Excel – data handling should be second nature
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and tools
- Experience in creating and executing email campaigns and landing pages
- Basic proficiency in report making and presentation creation (PPT)
- Interest in LinkedIn management and B2B content ecosystem
- A keen learner who actively explores new marketing tools, trends, and technologies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Good to Have:
- Experience in B2B / professional services marketing
- Exposure to marketing automation workflows
- Basic understanding of paid campaigns
- Team collaborator with a strong sense of ownership, a proactive thinker, and someone who brings a positive mindset toward learning and growth.
- Open to feedback, adaptable, and genuinely enjoys marketing.
- Should approach work as a marketer first, not just by designation.
