Soldering operator Role and responsible
· Following technical drawings carefully.
· Rework, repair, and modify printed circuit boards and/or assemblies to required specifications.
· Provides guidance and training to lower level Soldering Operators.
· Conventional PCB assembly and soldering.
· Identifying components from the schematic diagram with values and IC number.
· Responsible for soldering of through hole electronic components in hybrid Keyboards i.e. Resistor, capacitor, diodes, connectors etc.
· Responsible for PCB soldering of SMD electronic components i.e. Resistor, capacitor, diodes, IC’s etc.
· Produce quality product with minimal waste
