Job Summary
ServiceNow Technical Consultant , Executes the technical build and integration activities required to deliver Event Management, Discovery, and Service Mapping capabilities as defined in the SOW
Key Responsibilities
Configure and deploy MID Servers for monitoring and discovery integrations• Implement and uplift monitoring tool integrations using OOB and custom adapters• Configure event ingestion, transformation maps, alert rules, and correlation logic• Implement Service Mapping and application mapping for defined business services• Support CMDB population through Discovery and mapping activities• Execute technical validation, UAT fixes, and production migration
Skill Requirements
Strong hands‑on technical expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping• Experience with integrations, MID Servers, and data transformation• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical implementation issues
