Job Summary
The Corporate Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, residential communities, travel companies, event organizers, and other business partners. The role focuses on increasing revenue through corporate movie bookings, bulk ticket sales, private screenings, advertising opportunities, sponsorships, and promotional partnerships.
Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Sales
- Identify and generate new corporate business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, MNCs, startups, schools, colleges, and institutions.
- Promote corporate movie bookings, employee engagement events, and private screenings.
- Generate revenue through bulk ticket sales and gift vouchers.
- Develop customized entertainment packages for corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Business Development
- Identify new business segments and market opportunities.
- Conduct regular client visits and presentations.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain an updated database of prospective and existing clients.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all sales leads.
Marketing & Promotions
- Plan and execute local marketing activities to increase footfall.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns with malls, residential communities, clubs, and associations.
- Develop strategic partnerships with brands and local businesses.
- Support digital and offline marketing initiatives.
- Organize promotional events, contests, and customer engagement activities.
Events & Partnerships
- Coordinate corporate events, premieres, product launches, and private screenings.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth event execution.
- Explore sponsorship and advertising opportunities within the cinema premises.
- Maintain relationships with event management companies and advertising agencies.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address client concerns promptly.
- Maintain long-term business relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Collect customer feedback and recommend service improvements.
Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain records of leads, conversions, and revenue generated.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide forecasts and business development plans to management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Number of new corporate accounts acquired.
- Revenue generated through corporate bookings.
- Number of private screenings/events conducted.
- Bulk ticket and voucher sales.
- Client retention and repeat business percentage.
- Number of marketing activations completed.
- Customer satisfaction score.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing (Preferred).
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Business Development, Hospitality, Entertainment, Hotels, Retail, or Events.
- Experience in multiplex, hospitality, or event management will be an added advantage.
