About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance, along with strong knowledge of Tally Prime ERP, GST, MS Excel, ITR Filing, and TDS Filing.
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about accounting and want to grow in a professional and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping in Tally Prime ERP
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Handle GST calculations, return preparation, and filing
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR)
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and quarterly filings
- Perform bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliations
- Generate financial reports using MS Excel
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Tally Prime ERP
- Strong understanding of GST
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
- Experience in ITR Filing
- Knowledge of TDS Filing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- Additional certifications in accounting or taxation will be an advantage
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also apply
