- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from assigned leads or databases.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversions and build long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems with call outcomes.
- Address customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and market trends.
