As a Territory Manager Sales at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving enquiry generation and successfully converting prospects within the Mahindra portfolio, primarily targeting farmers with substantial land holdings. Your core responsibility will involve offering tailored farm mechanization solutions customized to various crop stages, ensuring our clients receive the most effective and efficient equipment to maximise productivity throughout their agricultural cycle.
You will partner closely with farmers and key stakeholders to enhance farm productivity through demonstration of proof of concepts, presentation of demo models, and practical on-field showcases. This approach will enable farmers to witness firsthand the benefits of our cutting-edge mechanization technologies.
Exploring and identifying new revenue opportunities within your territory will be an essential focus. You will be responsible for creating and promoting bundled solution-based selling strategies, highlighting the combined superiority of Mahindra tractors alongside our comprehensive implement product range to meet diverse agricultural needs.
A vital part of your role includes upskilling farm laborers and tractor drivers within your territory, providing training and support to improve their competence in operating mechanization equipment effectively, thereby increasing adoption rates and customer satisfaction.
Your activities will also encompass leading market and customer insights initiatives, maintaining robust relationships with customers, negotiating and managing sales processes, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and after-sales service. You will leverage data analysis and market intelligence to adapt strategies and achieve business targets.
