Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 2–6 years of professional experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling projects from concept development to execution while ensuring high-quality design, timely completion, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare space planning, layout plans, mood boards, material selections, and design presentations.
- Create detailed working drawings, GFC drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and construction details.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Coordinate 3D visualizations and renderings using industry-standard software.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and décor within project budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Manage project timelines, procurement, quality standards, and budgets.
- Ensure designs comply with project specifications, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 2–6 years of experience in Interior Design.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, construction methods, materials, lighting, and joinery details.
- Experience preparing GFC drawings, BOQs, and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
