Key Responsibilities
- Prepare HVAC layout and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare ducting layouts, chilled water piping layouts, ventilation and exhaust system drawings.
- Prepare drawings for AHU, FCU, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Pumps, Fans, Diffusers, Grilles and other HVAC equipment.
- Develop HVAC shop drawings based on design drawings, specifications and BOQ.
- Prepare equipment room layouts, plant room layouts, duct sections and installation details.
- Coordinate HVAC drawings with Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and Architectural drawings.
- Incorporate design changes and revisions into drawings as instructed by engineers.
- Prepare as-built drawings based on actual site installation.
- Take site measurements when required and update drawings accordingly.
- Ensure proper dimensions, levels, annotations, symbols, legends and drawing standards.
- Prepare drawings for submission to clients, consultants and project teams.
- Maintain proper drawing numbering, revision control and documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to resolve drawing-related issues.
- Check drawings for accuracy before submission.
- Assist engineers in preparing material take-off and quantity-related drawings when required.
- Maintain an organized database of drawings and project documentation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
