Ecosun Power Solutions is a leading Solar EPC company specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial solar power projects. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage project execution, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of rooftop and commercial solar EPC projects.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with clients, site engineers, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor procurement, material dispatch, and site delivery schedules.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved within the planned timeline.
- Follow up on KSEB, Electrical Inspectorate, MNRE, and other statutory approvals.
- Maintain project documentation including BOQs, work orders, purchase orders, invoices, and completion reports.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Support billing, customer handover, and project closeout documentation.
- Identify project risks, delays, and issues, and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Ensure smooth communication between the office and site execution teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management.
- Freshers with strong coordination and technical skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of Solar PV systems and EPC project execution.
- Familiarity with KSEB procedures, net metering, and government approvals is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Kerala.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
