Job Roles & Responsibilities:
✔ Coordinate with carriers and shippers for smooth freight movement
✔ Negotiate freight rates and manage loads efficiently
✔ Build strong relationships with clients and carriers
✔ Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
✔ Handle customer queries professionally
✔ Maintain accurate records and documentation
✔ Generate leads and expand business opportunities
✔ Work in a fast-paced logistics environment
Requirements:
✅ Good communication & negotiation skills
✅ International BPO experience preferred for freshers
✅ Ability to work in night shifts
✅ Quick learner with problem-solving skills
✅ Confident and target-oriented mindset
