Role Overview
This role is designed to bridge the gap between ad strategy and ad execution.Core ad ideas are developed by our founder based on market research.
Your role is to ensure that ideas are executed correctly, from a user and sales perspective. You will act as a communication and thinking bridge between the idea creator and the video editors.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand ad ideas, target audience, and campaign goals
- Translate strategy into clear execution instructions for video editors
- Review video ads from a user mindset and sales perspective
- Identify gaps between the idea and the final output
- Give clear, practical feedback to editors
- Ensure ads align with platform behaviour (Meta & Google)
- Maintain consistency between strategy and production
What This Role Does NOT Require
- You are not required to edit videos
- You are not required to design creatives
- You are not required to generate creative ideas
- This is a thinking, coordination, and execution-alignment role.

- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong observation and analytical thinking
- Ability to work with multiple teams
- Willingness to learn and adapt
