Responsibilities
As a junior academic research analyst you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of academic and research projects where you will:
- Create comprehensive research layouts and data collection plans for research scholars, ensuring they meet the rigorous standards required for academic research projects.
- Assist research scholars in selecting unique and relevant research topics. Formulate well-defined research objectives tailored to each scholar's study.
- Develop case studies, case reports, and research plans that serve as essential tools for research scholars in their academic endeavours.
- Suggest subject-specific analytical techniques, both quantitative and qualitative, to help scholars effectively analyze data and achieve research goals.
- Contribute to the creation of e-learning content in the field of research methodology. Develop educational materials that aid research scholars in understanding and applying research principles.
- Occasionally engage with research clients to gain a deep understanding of their specific requirements. Offer expert advice, suggestions, and guidance to scholars to enhance the quality of their research.
What is Expected From Candidates?
- Exceptional knowledge in the relevant field of specialization. We are particularly interested in candidates with Economics, Commerce, or Management domain expertise.
- Proficiency in academic research terminologies and structures, showcasing an understanding of the academic research process.
- Candidates with an MBA and an excellent academic track record are encouraged to apply. Additionally, candidates with an MA in Economics or an MSc in Mathematics are also eligible.
- A genuine interest in the field of academic research, demonstrated through a passion for contributing to research projects and scholarly endeavors are a plus.
