Job Description: Nurse Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Summary: A Nurse is responsible for providing quality patient care, monitoring health conditions, administering medications, and supporting patients and their families. Nurses work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment and patient recovery. Key Responsibilities: * Assess patients’ health conditions and record medical histories. * Monitor vital signs and report changes to physicians. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. * Assist in diagnostic tests and medical procedures. * Develop and implement patient care plans. * Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments. * Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. * Ensure a safe and clean healthcare environment. * Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients. Required Qualifications: * Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). * Valid nursing license/registration. * Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions. * Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
