Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound fundraising calls to individuals and potential donors
- Confidently present the mission, programs, and impact of Udd Chale Trust
- Motivate and inspire donors to contribute through one-time or monthly donations
- Maintain accurate donor records, call logs, and daily fundraising reports
- Follow up with interested prospects and ensure timely closures
- Achieve daily and monthly fundraising targets
- Send thank-you messages, donor updates, and birthday/festival greetings to strengthen donor relationships
- Participate in fundraising campaigns and support outreach or on-ground activities when required
Requirements
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Hindi is mandatory; basic English communication is preferred
- Strong interest in social causes with the ability to connect emotionally with donors
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined approach to work
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Emails)
- Prior experience in telecalling or fundraising is an advantage (freshers are welcome to apply)
Educational Qualification
- Minimum 12th pass
- Graduates preferred
