Job Description – QC Engineer
Company: Esteem Auto Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
- Ensure product quality as per customer specifications and standards.
- Identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform root cause analysis for quality issues.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Bore Gauge.
- Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to improve quality.
- Support internal and customer audits and ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards.
- Monitor rejection, rework, and quality KPIs.
- Ensure adherence to quality procedures and safety guidelines.
Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
