We are looking for a passionate and communication-oriented Journalist / Brand Story Executive to meet entrepreneurs, collect inspiring business stories, and support brand promotion activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting entrepreneurs directly or through scheduled business calls
- Collecting and documenting business success stories and brand journeys
- Creating and coordinating brand promotion content
- Supporting the marketing team in sales closing activities
- Assisting with client documentation and promotional requirements
- Coordinating with the marketing team to ensure client expectations are properly satisfied
Monthly Performance Expectations
- Minimum expectation: 30+ brand stories per month
- Stories can be collected through:
- Direct business calls
- In-person entrepreneur meetings
Requirements
- Strong communication and interviewing skills
- Good writing and documentation abilities
- Ability to understand business branding and promotion needs
- Team player with coordination skills
- Willingness to travel for meetings if required
AI & Content Policy
- ChatGPT or AI tools should be used only for final grammar correction and refinement
- Original story collection and content understanding should be done by the employee
Probation
- 3 months probation period
- Performance and teamwork will be evaluated during probation
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates with journalism, media, marketing, branding, or content coordination experience will be preferred.
