Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Ensure excellent customer service and respond to guest requests efficiently.
- Have good knowledge of the restaurant menu and make suitable recommendations.
- Set up tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area before, during, and after service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest concerns politely and escalate issues when required.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and grooming standards at all times.
- Assist in banquet and event service whenever required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a waiter in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts as per operational requirements.
- Candidates residing nearby will be preferred.
Salary: As per company standards and experience.
