Martech Space Castle is launching its Sales & Business Development Internship Program for students, fresh graduates, and individuals looking to build a career in IT and Digital Marketing Sales.
This internship is designed to provide hands-on training in lead generation, customer outreach, sales communication, and business development. Interns will work closely with senior sales professionals and receive practical exposure to industry tools and sales strategies.
No advanced expertise is required—we will provide the necessary training and mentorship to help you succeed.
Roles & Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Assist in generating B2B leads through LinkedIn outreach.
- Support email marketing campaigns for prospect engagement.
- Generate leads through:
- Cold calling
- Database calling
- Basic social selling
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
2. WhatsApp Marketing & Lead Nurturing
- Communicate with prospective clients through WhatsApp.
- Share company profiles and service information.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
3. Inbound & Outbound Sales Support
- Handle inbound inquiries received through:
- Website
- Digital marketing campaigns
- Phone calls
- WhatsApp
- Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team.
- Perform outbound calling and outreach activities to generate opportunities.
4. Sales Conversion Support
- Assist in converting inquiries into qualified prospects.
- Schedule meetings and demo sessions for the senior sales team.
- Support the team in follow-ups and sales closures.
- Learn effective sales techniques and customer relationship management.
5. CRM Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
- Update CRM with:
- Calls made
- Leads generated
- Follow-ups completed
- Meetings scheduled
- Share daily activity reports with the reporting manager.
