Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior QA Engineer to join our growing team. The selected candidate will work closely with our product development team to ensure software quality, execute test cases, and contribute to smooth release cycles. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in Quality Assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirement understanding and test planning activities.
- Execute manual test cases and report defects accurately.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth product releases.
- Maintain documentation of test processes and results.
- Communicate openly, share ideas, and help solve problems collaboratively.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- 0–1 year of experience in software testing or QA activities.
- Basic understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and defect management tools.
- QA training or certification preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
