We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer (RMPA) for a leading banking organization in Noida. The ideal candidate should have experience in CASA sales and a strong ability to acquire and manage customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new customers for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products.
Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and networking.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Cross-sell banking products such as insurance, investments, and loans.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in CASA Sales.
Experience in the Banking/Financial Services industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
