Mr. Swach is a fast-growing Indian brand specializing in household cleaning products, including dishwashing scrubs, floor wipers, tile brushes, and other home-cleaning solutions. We are expanding our presence across North India and are now looking to establish a strong footprint in both General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
Role Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development across Delhi NCR.
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retail networks.
- Expand market coverage and increase product availability.
- Develop and onboard Modern Trade accounts.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and collection objectives.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify growth opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
- Experienced in FMCG, home care, household products, or consumer goods sales.
- Strong understanding of distributor management and market development.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR.
