Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries for domestic and international holiday packages via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages.
- Promote customized and fixed departure packages to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and package costing accurately.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport vendors, and DMCs for bookings and confirmations.
- Assist customers with travel documentation, visa guidance, and travel insurance information.
- Upsell additional services such as sightseeing, transfers, and upgrades.
- Maintain regular communication with customers before and after booking.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure high service satisfaction.
- Update CRM systems and maintain accurate booking records.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, seasonal offers, and competitor packages.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
