Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to support data management, reporting, and operational efficiency within the animation production environment. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and assisting teams with data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage daily MIS reports related to production and operations
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data for management review
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
- Handle data entry, validation, and database management
- Coordinate with internal teams (Production, HR, Academic, and Sales) for data collection
- Develop dashboards and reports using Excel or other tools
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of data management and reporting
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
