About the Role: We are looking for an energetic, result-oriented, and self-motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with dental partners, create business opportunities, and contribute to expanding access to advanced dental care solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Connect with prospective dental partners through calls and build interest in our solutions.
● Schedule qualified appointments for the Sales / Field team.
● Convert leads into meetings through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.
● Maintain accurate lead data, call records, and updates in CRM.
● Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth lead management and partner onboarding.
● Consistently achieve calling, conversion, and appointment targets.
What We’re Looking For:
● Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language is an added advantage).
● Experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, or appointment scheduling preferred.
● Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
● Positive attitude, confidence, and target-driven mindset.
● Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and reporting.
● Strong follow-up discipline with a high sense of ownership.
Preferred Background: Candidates with healthcare, dental, or B2B sales experience will be preferred.
