We're looking for a motivated B2B Sales Executive who enjoys meeting clients, building relationships, and closing deals. If you're passionate about sales and want to work with architects, interior designers, builders, and homeowners on exciting projects, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll DoBusiness Development & Sales
- Generate new business opportunities through, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, landscape consultants, and commercial clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home décor, landscaping, and planter solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and convert enquiries into successful orders.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until successful project completion.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
Site Visits & Project Meetings
- Visit customer locations for project discussions and site assessments.
- Meet architects, interior designers, builders, and project consultants.
- Conduct product presentations and recommend suitable solutions based on project requirements.
- Represent Palasa professionally during client meetings and industry interactions.
Sales Operations
- Update leads, quotations, and customer interactions in the CRM or sales tracker.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and deliveries.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and customer payments.
- Share daily sales updates during the team huddle.
Market Development
- Identify new business opportunities across residential and commercial projects.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Expand Palasa's network within the architecture, interior design, and construction community.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, understands consultative selling, and is confident in building long-term business relationships.
Preferred Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, or Project Sales.
- Experience in any of the following industries is highly preferred:
- Home Décor
- Furniture
- Interior Products
- Building Materials
- Construction Products
- Modular Kitchens
- Lighting
- Tiles
- Paints
- Sanitaryware
- Architectural Products
- Landscaping
Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.
