Position Summary
The Reservations Manager is responsible for overseeing the reservations function, maximizing room revenue, ensuring reservation accuracy, and delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining seamless coordination with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily reservation operations and ensure accurate room inventory management.
- Maximize room revenue through effective rate and inventory control.
- Handle group bookings, corporate reservations, and special requests efficiently.
- Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, Revenue, and Housekeeping for smooth guest arrivals.
- Monitor reservation trends, occupancy forecasts, and booking pace.
- Ensure OTA, GDS, and PMS reservations are updated accurately.
- Lead, train, and motivate the reservations team to achieve departmental goals.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation and occupancy reports.
- Maintain reservation standards, SOPs, and guest service quality.
- Resolve guest and booking-related concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
- 7–10 years of experience in Reservations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of PMS, Channel Manager, OTA platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of revenue management and hotel reservation systems.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
