Job Overview
The Admission Counsellor is responsible for leading the campus admissions process, managing prospective leads, achieving enrolment targets, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead prospecting, counselling, and conversion of admission leads
- Guide and support the campus admissions team to meet enrolment targets
- Work closely with the Admissions Head, Marketing, and Academics teams to drive enrolment growth
- Act as the first point of contact for parents and manage the end-to-end admissions process
- Plan and conduct admission events such as Open Houses and orientations
- Track leads from online and offline channels and ensure timely follow-ups
- Build strong relationships with prospective parents and address their concerns
- Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
