About the Role We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Senior Social Media Executive who can manage both organic social media growth and paid Meta advertising campaigns for VasyERP.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in content strategy, LinkedIn organic marketing, Meta Ads campaign execution, AI-powered content creation tools, and social media performance optimization. The role requires someone who understands B2B SaaS branding, audience engagement, lead generation, and trend-driven content execution.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Management Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram Manage lead generation, retargeting, awareness, and conversion campaigns Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CPL, CTR, and scaling strategies Perform audience research, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and competitor analysis Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and landing page requirements Organic Social Media Management Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars Create engaging organic content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Build brand positioning through reels, carousels, short-form videos, and trend-based content Improve social media engagement, reach, and community interaction Maintain consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and messaging LinkedIn Organic Marketing Build and execute LinkedIn organic growth strategies for brand awareness and lead generation Create thought leadership content for founders, leadership team, and brand pages Optimize LinkedIn content performance through engagement strategies and content distribution Drive audience engagement through industry-focused posts, case studies, ERP insights, and trend-based content Understand LinkedIn algorithm trends, B2B audience behavior, and organic lead nurturing strategies AI & Creative Tools Utilization Use AI tools for content production, automation, and video creation Hands-on experience with tools such as: o HeyGen o Higgsfield Explore and implement new AI-based workflows for faster content execution Create AI-assisted social media creatives, avatars, videos, scripts, and campaign concepts Content & Strategy Write ad copies, captions, hooks, CTA-driven content, and campaign messaging Collaborate with internal teams for product marketing and campaign launches Stay updated with latest social media trends, algorithms, AI tools, and content formats Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities for brand visibility
Required Skills
4–6 years of experience in Social Media Marketing
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager
Experience handling LinkedIn organic marketing and B2B social media growth
Experience handling both organic and paid social campaigns
Good understanding of content creation and short-form video trends
Knowledge of AI tools for social media and content generation
Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics and reporting
Strong communication and creative thinking skills
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar creative platforms is preferred Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in SaaS, ERP, Retail, or B2B marketing will be an added advantage
Should be proactive, trend-aware, and execution-focused
Ability to independently manage campaigns and content workflows
Passion for AI-powered marketing and modern content creation
Pay: ₹900,000.00 per year
