The Production Engineer is responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling manufacturing activities in the PEB factory to ensure production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and delivery schedules are achieved efficiently. The role involves coordinating fabrication, welding, assembly, and material management activities while optimizing productivity and minimizing wastage.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan and supervise daily production activities as per the production schedule.
· Monitor fabrication, welding, drilling, cutting, and assembly processes of PEB components.
· Ensure production targets are achieved within the specified timeline.
· Coordinate with Design, Planning, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
· Monitor manpower utilization and improve shop-floor productivity.
· Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
· Identify and implement process improvements to reduce production costs and increase efficiency.
· Maintain production records, reports, and daily progress updates.
· Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
· Coordinate material availability with stores and planning departments.
· Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
· Assist in resolving production-related technical issue.
Education
Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
