Job Description – Housekeeping Supervisor Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Department: Housekeeping Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, preferably in a hotel or resort.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are maintained. Assign daily duties.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals.
Maintain inventory of linen, guest supplies, and cleaning materials, and coordinate replenishment when required.
Report maintenance issues promptly and coordinate with the maintenance department for timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards. Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare duty rosters, attendance records, and housekeeping reports as required. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of relevant housekeeping supervisory experience in a hotel or resort.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Language Skills: English, Malayalam, Hindi Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management, Housekeeping, or Hospitality Management is an added advantage. Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
