About the Role:
As our Operations Manager, you will have complete authority and responsibility over all operational functions of the company. You will be the go-to person — the decision-maker — the one who ensures that every gear in this machine keeps turning efficiently, profitably, and on time. When the owner is not present, you are the owner of the floor, the team, and the results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage ALL aspects of daily production operations end-to-end
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams including production, logistics, quality control, procurement, and administration
- Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure operational consistency and excellence
- Monitor production targets, KPIs, and performance metrics — and take decisive action when course correction is needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and key stakeholders
- Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize resource efficiency without compromising on quality
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks — and resolve them proactively before they escalate
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all departments
- Ensure full compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards
- Represent the company's vision, values, and standards at all times
Who We Are Looking For:
- A sharp, self-driven professional with 10+ years of hands-on experience in operations management — specifically in a production-based or manufacturing environment
- Age: Below 45 years
- Proven track record of independently managing large teams and complex operations
- Strong leadership presence — someone who commands respect and inspires performance
- Excellent problem-solving and crisis management skills
- A strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and get things done on the ground
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in operations management tools, ERP systems, and reporting dashboards
