We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our products/services, generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, calls, referrals, and networking.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports and market feedback.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely closure of sales.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
0 – 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
