As a ServiceNow Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation, you will work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and enhance ServiceNow solutions that help clients streamline processes, improve service delivery, and create long-term business value.
Level: Senior Consultant or equivalent
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work you'll do
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to support the design, implementation, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow SPM solutions. The role requires hands-on experience across demand management, project portfolio management, resource management, roadmap planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate can translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and help clients align investments, capacity, and delivery plans to strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ServiceNow SPM modules including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Financial Planning, and roadmap capabilities
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, Flow Designer automations, and Script Includes
- Facilitate demand intake workshops and configure intake forms, scoring models, and prioritization logic to align proposed work with business strategy
- Configure project structures, templates, schedules, milestones, governance workflows, and portfolio hierarchies
- Support resource planning and capacity management by aligning demand, project needs, and workforce availability
- Build dashboards, scorecards, and reports to provide visibility into portfolio health, resource utilization, financials, and delivery progress
- Integrate ServiceNow SPM with enterprise systems such as Finance, HR, Jira, and Azure DevOps using REST APIs and IntegrationHub
- Collaborate with business, PMO, product, and technology stakeholders to improve portfolio visibility, governance, and adoption
- Support hybrid delivery models including Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and waterfall where required
- Contribute to roadmap planning and help drive outcome-based portfolio decisions using current SPM capabilities and evolving AI-enabled features
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 10 years of overall experience in ServiceNow, with hands-on experience in ServiceNow SPM implementations or support
- Strong understanding of Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and portfolio governance concepts
- Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes, REST APIs, and reporting
- Experience gathering requirements, running workshops, and working directly with stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow SPM-related certification such as CIS-SPM
- Experience with Strategic Planning Workspace, Performance Analytics, and AI-assisted SPM features
- Knowledge of financial planning concepts such as CapEx, OpEx, budgeting, and ROI tracking
Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai
Shift Timings: 24x7 including night shift as per business requirements
