Key Responsibilities:
· Close sales through various methods like cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits.
· Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is B.E./B.Tech. with minimum 2 years Industry Experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site surveys within the assigned territory.
- Engage with industrial, commercial, and institutional clients to promote solar energy solutions.
- Understand customer energy requirements and propose technically viable and commercially competitive solar solutions.
- Coordinate with engineering and design teams for feasibility, layout, and proposal preparation.
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and ROI analysis.
- Maintain strong relationships with local industries, vendors, and decision-makers.
- Track leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales targets within defined timelines.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and pricing trends from the field.
- Ensure proper handover of projects to execution teams after order finalization.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, components, and basic design concepts.
- Proven field sales experience in the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
