Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Design Engineer Fresher to join our engineering team in Trichy. The candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying 2D/3D models, engineering drawings, and design documentation using SolidWorks.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks.
- Prepare manufacturing drawings and BOMs.
- Support design modifications and engineering changes.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for design-related activities.
- Maintain design documents and project records.
- Ensure designs meet technical and customer requirements.
- Participate in prototype development and testing activities.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of SolidWorks software.
- Understanding of mechanical design concepts and engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Mandatory Requirement
- SolidWorks Certification is mandatory.
Qualification
- BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of GD&T and sheet metal design.
