About Role:
We are looking for a Data Science Engineer (AI) with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning and AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to transform data into actionable insights and scalable AI models.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for real-world business problems
- Perform data collection, cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA)
- Build and optimize predictive, classification, NLP, or recommendation models
- Develop data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment
- Collaborate with software engineers to productionize models (MLOps)
- Monitor model performance, accuracy, drift, and scalability
- Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Document models, methodologies, and findings for stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra
- Experience working with SQL and relational databases
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, or Tableau)
- Familiarity with REST APIs and model integration
- Knowledge of NLP or Speech Analytics is a plus
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is an advantage
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker)
- Experience in real-time analytics or streaming data
- Knowledge of AI ethics, bias, and model explainability
- Experience in contact center analytics, speech intelligence, or CX AI
