Key tasks and responsibilities
•
Lead and execute change initiatives and enhancement projects
•
Analyze business requirements, perform data analysis, and propose solutions/designs
•
Coordinate closely with business stakeholders and the onshore development team
•
Organize, execute, and support testing and training activities
•
Prepare and maintain clear, structured documentation
Essential skills and qualifications
•
Excellent expertise in SAP FS‑RI (Base and Risk Manager Non‑Life), including closing processes, and data model understanding.
•
A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a reinsurance business analyst and subject matter expert in SAP FS-RI
•
Minimum one cycle End‑to‑end implementation experience SAP FS-RI
•
Able to work independently and deliver changes/projects with minimal guidance
•
Highly client‑focused team player with strong collaboration skills
•
Fluent in English (required); German or Italian are a plus (spoken and written)
•
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word etc.)
Desired skills and qualifications
•
SAP BW, SAP FS‑CD, ABAP or financial accounting expertise is a strong advantage
•
Portuguese language skills are a plus
•
SAP FI expertise including ALE knowledge
•
Experience with Microsoft Azure
