We are hiring a Real Estate Executive – Property Acquisition to identify and onboard villas, independent houses, and guest house properties for managed rental operations. The role requires strong field sales, negotiation, and property acquisition capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire villas, independent houses, and buildings for guest house operations
- Source properties through brokers, direct owners, and local networks
- Conduct site visits and evaluate property suitability
- Negotiate long-term lease agreements with property owners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and property owners
- Coordinate property onboarding and operational setup
- Maintain a strong acquisition pipeline across target locations
- Achieve monthly property acquisition targets
- Handle commercial negotiations, deposits, and agreements
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate, field sales, or property acquisition
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of villa and independent house markets
- Willingness to travel extensively for site visits
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
