Position Overview
The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the organization’s financial health through accurate reporting and analysis. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with both internal teams and external auditors.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in filing returns.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Implement and maintain accounting systems and controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or professional certification like CA/CPA preferred).
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
