Job Description
Funriders Leisure & Amusement Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive – Outdoor Sales to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field sales, identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients, and building long-term business relationships. This role requires frequent travel within the assigned territory and a strong passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and direct client interactions.
- Conduct regular outdoor sales meetings with potential customers, corporate clients, schools, institutions, architects, builders, and business partners.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Present the company's products and services to prospective clients and provide suitable solutions based on their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into confirmed business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client visits, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM or sales tracker.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the management team.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Malayalam is an added advantage).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively for client meetings.
- Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Outdoor Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, or a related role.
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
- A valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel are preferred.
