- Operate and monitor dairy processing equipment
- Monitor production to ensure desired quality standards
- Troubleshoot and adjust equipment as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and safety
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations
- Maintain production records
- Follow sanitation protocols
- Train new workers on dairy processing techniques
- Assist in other areas of the production process as required
