Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist / Speech Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. The candidate will work closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments for patients across all age groups.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient needs and clinical evaluation.
- Provide therapy for conditions such as speech delay, articulation disorders, autism spectrum disorders, neurological disorders, and post-stroke speech difficulties.
- Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation teams for integrated patient care.
- Educate patients and caregivers about therapy techniques and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress reports, and treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment strategies accordingly.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and rehabilitation planning.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, ethics, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Audiology & Speech Therapy (BASLP / MASLP).
- Valid professional registration (if applicable).
- Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation environment.
- Patient-centered approach with empathy and professionalism.
- Good documentation and clinical assessment skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with children with speech delay, autism, or developmental disorders.
- Experience in neurological rehabilitation (stroke, Parkinson’s, traumatic brain injury) will be an added advantage.
